Jenna Vallario graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida in 2014 and earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida in 2019. Following graduation, Jenna moved to Malawi, Africa, where she volunteered at the ABC Hearing Clinic and Training Centre. Her primary role involved teaching in the newly established Bachelor of Science in Audiology program and supervising students’ clinical rotations. During this time, Jenna developed a love for education and empowering students, believing education is the key to meaningful change. Jenna is passionate about global hearing healthcare and building sustainable audiology services, especially in areas without access to care.
While in Malawi, Jenna partnered with Entheos and Hearing the Call, where she witnessed their generosity and commitment to sustainability through quality outreach services, training, and patient-centered care —values that strongly resonated with her. In June 2024, Jenna returned to the U.S. and joined the Entheos team. She continues her work with students and universities, focusing on building up the field of audiology. Jenna believes educating and empowering the next generation of students is essential to creating a lasting legacy and shaping a world we all aspire to live in. She is excited to be part of a team that prioritizes community and sustainability through best practices and a give-back model.
